As it was mentioned during the meeting, the bill (Reg. No. 2336a) suggests determine a country house as a place of residence and define such term.
According to the bill, “a country house is a house situated outside of a populated area on a land plot intended for personal gardening; built in accordance with the requirements established by law and other regulatory legal acts, and is used for person’s permanent or temporary residence.” The amendments are suggested to be made to the Housing Code of Ukrainian SSR and the Civil Code of Ukraine.
It was noted that the provisions still require refinement.
Following the results of the discussion, members of the working group will provide the Committee with the proposals regarding the amendments to respective legislative acts in order to properly settle the issues under discussion.
